  1. Shipping, Delivery, and Customs We provide worldwide shipping to most countries. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 3 weeks; however, delivery may vary based on geographic location, customs processing times, or courier issues. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions enforced by their local authorities. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by customs agencies.
  2. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, products must be:

Due to health and hygiene standards, used or opened patches are strictly non-refundable. To initiate a return, email hello@ondermax.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
